Matheus's Bio

My name is Matheus, I'm 17 years old. I'm an exchange student from Brazil, more specifically a state called Paraiba, that is located on the Northeast of Brazil, by the beach (the weather is hot, just like Florida). It is a very calm and beautiful place.
Before the exchange, I lived my whole life in the same town (Joao Pessoa), and during the las 10 years I went to the same school (Colegio Marista Pio X), It is a big catholic school, and it was like my second home.
As a good brazilian, I love soccer (playing and watching). But I also swim since I was 8 years old, and this is something I love to do.
In Brazil, I lived with my parents, in an apartament, and shared my bedroom with my nineteen-years-old brother. (here in US I have two sisters)
I have a lot of friends who did the Rotary Youth Exchange a couple years ago, and they encouraged me to do it too. They all said that, It was the best year of our lives. And than I decided to come here and live this adventure.
Now I'm here! It was a little bit hard in the beginning , but I'm having I awesome time now!! This is becoming the best year of my life!
