Guido's Bio

Hello ! my name is Guido, I'm 16 years old. I'm from Paraguay.

I like basketball, dancing. I play basketball for my city and for my school, I dancing for my school, I can dance everything.

I have two sister and one brother, my mother is a notary, my father is a Rotarian, so I know what is rotary and how rotary work.

Since childhood I liked the idea of traveling around the world, and now I have the opportunity to do that, I came here first is to learn a new language, second for the basketball, to have friends around the world.

This is my year, I want to learn very good English, I want to improve my life and learn everything.

wow !! is 2 months that I'm arrivial here, I can't believe.

My host Family: they are very nice, I love my host family, they teach me all english that i know, they teach me every day, because when I arrivial here I didn't know anything about english and now I can write this journal.
I have one brother his name is Andrew, he is in colleges, so he doesn't live with us. I have one sister her name is Brianna, I love her, she is very nice, she help me with every thing, I go shopping whit her, I go to the cinema with her, she is very nice.
My host dad, he is very nice too, he teach every thing, he gives me advice when I need, he makes me to try new foods.
My host mom, wow, she is very nice too, she help me with every thing too, she is great. I love my new family.

School: I go to Ridgeview High School, the people in my school is very nice. I know 2 exchange student girls that go my school. I am on the swim team of my school, the people in there is very nice, I love my swim team, we have pasta party and swim meeting every week.
In my classes, I have American Government, Algebra 2, TV production, American history, English 3 and Drama 3.

I get up like that 6 AM for school sometimes more later, I go to the school with my host mom and Brianna (my host sister). My 1st period start at 7:20 and my 6th finish at 1:40.
My fists 2 week in the school was hard, because I'm only spoke little english but now I can speak good english.

I love the football game of my school, I go to all homegame.
In my school the monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday we have four lunch of 30 min each, but the Wednesday we have the big lunch of 50 min.

My name is so hard for the people, the people can't said my name, for my teacher is really hard, sometimes is to funny.

I love when the people said  "your english is better" or "you learn very quickly".

An unforgettable year.
My first two months were great, I know much more about everything. I can write this journal now, before I could.
